DISMANTLED LMUD

Three out of the five LMUD Directors have resigned and the one person that caused all of this remains. Frank Cady.

Frank Cady has no intention of resigning. He has no ability to understand that nobody wants him at LMUD. He has been a cancer for this public utility from day one. He needs to leave and concentrate on his "under life".
