Cady's not a King but just a Con man

Frank Cady was a Con man yesterday, the day before and the day before. He has earned his name "Shady Cady". Some called him the Snake Man. What ever you want to call this guy, he is nothing but a Con Man. Cady will piss down your back and convince you that it is raining.

You just run these type of people out-of-town. It seems that in Lassen County, the public is just as responsible for letting all of this happen.

My daughter went through a sexual harrassment trial and ended up with a settlement of $300,000.

Cady has thrown out the Lassen Utility Board and now is accountable to no one. Who's fault is that?

Cady the "King"

I live outside of Portland now but I used to live in Janesville. My brother-in-law called me this evening and told me that Frank Cady has declared himself KING of L-MUD.

Frank Cady has become paranoid about "ANYONE" knowing where he is going to be but he says that he will be at public meetings when he feels like it. Cady has a good reason for this. Husbands, boyfriends and family members of the women that he has harrassed will only have to come to a L-Mud meeting to address a few issues.

What a coward this creep is. The Directors are even creepier if they don't fire Cady. It's going to be interesting how long Cady hangs around. With drunks running this public utility it will be fun to watch.
